Large Ritchey Ear Tag Jig (8)

This jig allows you to laser engrave 8 large Ritchey Ear Tags at once. Built from MDF, this precision jig allows you to get repeatable, professional looking ear tags, while saving you time and money from errors. 

This jig does fit older xTool D1 laser machines

Featuring finger holes, which help flipping the tags over to do both sides quickly. Cross hairs in the top left corner, help aid in quick alignment of the jig. Rubber pads on the bottom of the jig help keep it in place on the bed, while switching tags. 

Measurement of this product is 16" wide by 12" long by 3/4" tall, make sure your laser bed will allow for this jig, you may need to remove the honey comb bed in order to clear your laser head. 

Upon payment of your jig, you will receive an e-mail for the DXF, SVG, AI, AND xTool studio files for the jig template that you can use to help design and engrave your tags.
